1. ECHOs: By enabling employers to contribute through Clarion Care's ECHO process (Employer Contributions for the Health of the Organization) depositing benefits directly into Employees hands
2. EDAs: Employees then create EDAs (Employee Directed Accounts) which allow them to use said contributions to design a custom desired health care plan.
